3c Ventures is a start-up studio with a track record in incubating and initiating healthcare ventures. Our team works remotely, or at the offices in Ghent (BE) or Amsterdam (NL).
As a team of 8 multi-skilled people, ranging from graphic designers to software engineers and finance experts, we strive to make each venture a success. We have an experiential approach to testing venture initiatives and validating the potential of new technologies / products, so you’ll be joining a team of extremely hands-on people. When we’ve validated the foundations of a new venture, the time is right to welcome a co-founder and go find first customers, a product MVP and adequate funding if necessary. And that’s where we are today.
The venture you’d be taking a co-founder role in is a digital Adtech company with a fully functioning SaaS product. The SaaS was initially built for the dental industry, but will have a much broader horizon eventually. As we’ve been gathering market feedback within and outside of our own ventures for the past 2 years, there is a clear product and business roadmap you can take as a starting point. We’ve developed this technology fully in-house, and you’ll be joined by an experienced CTO who has been on board since the start of the development. As a cherry on the cake, this venture has recently closed a corporate deal with one of the biggest dental laboratories in N-A, unlocking financial means to invest into the business.
Becoming the CEO of this start-up means you will take full ownership of its success, and failure. You can rely on our team to help you create content, stress-test decisions or help you overlook the business’ performance. Your main challenge will be to go find initial prospects and turn them into first customers. Given the B2B business model of this startup, you will be connecting with corporates in varying industries and close deals on a high level in these organizations. As a CEO, you will of course have plenty of freedom to make your own calls and organize work as you like!
